What is a Lushi?
The Lushi is a rare breed of chicken known for laying blue eggs, with only a limited supply produced in its lifetime. This mirrors an important truth about women: they are born with all the eggs they will ever have, a finite resource that is both precious and powerful.

I launched Lushi because I believe women should have the power of choice.
The choice to have a fulfilling career, if they want, a beautiful family, if they want, or both at a timing that makes sense for them. When I sold my first company, I had also gone through a divorce and thought that by then, I would have had it all: a happy marriage, kids, the perfect home, but sometimes life takes you in a different direction so I decided to freeze my eggs — a decision I wish I had made 10 years ago.
That experience was torturous: the mixing of drugs, self-administration of needles, lack of guidance or care at a very high pricepoint and the feeling of just being very alone. On top of it all? My body was treated like I was some sort of guinea pig.
I knew there had to be a better way. I decided to put all of my resources, network and gift of communications into creating a transformational experience for women. Because when I looked around, no one else seemed interested in doing it. If you build it, they will come.

Dr. Mana Baskovic
I am a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, further specialized in robotics-assisted minimally invasive surgery. From Silicon Beach to Silicon Valley, I've worked with women at the top of their industries to help them conceive through precise surgeries with quicker recoveries and less risk than traditional OBGYNs. I have spent much of my career caring for women pursuing fertility preservation or those who had gone through one too many IVF cycles, questioning why they weren't having success.
The answer to this issue was often found not only in properly executing the process, but in the quality of their eggs, something we can improve through diet and reducing our exposure to microplastics and toxic products found in our everyday lives. Grabbing that oat milk latte from the cafe? Not so fast, it's lined with plastic that melts into your latte and has long-term effects on your fertility.
At Lushi, we are rooted in science and wellness. Each woman's body is different. We build a plan specific to your body while working alongside you to ensure it works for your day to day life.
As your CMO, I will be overseeing our team of fertility specialists who will create a plan specifically designed for you to ensure the most optimal results.
