Workshops, evenings, all summer.

Eight themed workshops on rotation: handstand, ceramics, art and wine, leadership, stress relief, women's circle, men's circle, trauma recovery. Two hours, every Wednesday.

What should I bring to class?

Mat, water, towel. We have rentals if you forget.

How hot is the hot studio?

Hot yoga and hot pilates run at 95 to 105 degrees with humidity. Hydrate beforehand.

Late arrivals?

Doors close 5 minutes after class start. We hold your spot until then.

Walk-ins?

Welcome based on availability. Members and pre-booked guests have priority.

What if I'm a beginner?

Rooted Yoga and Balanced Yoga Flow are the gentlest entries. Let your instructor know it's your first class.
